WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Troy A. Carter Sr. joined with his colleagues and voted to support the Family Violence Prevention and Services Improvement Act of 2021 (FVPSA). This legislation will enhance and refocus federal investments to address intimate partner violence and support survivors, increasing funds for the states to run these programs by 37% on average.
