WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Troy A. Carter, Sr. (D-LA) issued a statement following the Trump Administration rescinding an order to federal agencies to freeze grant and loan payments, withholding vital funding for Americans:

“Louisiana, this is what happens when we fight! The illegal funding freeze has been rescinded, protecting critical programs for millions of Americans including our veterans.
