Congressman Carter Statement on His Re-Election

NEW ORLEANS, L.A. -- Today, Congressman Troy A. Carter, Sr. released the following statement after winning his race to be re-elected as Congressman for Louisiana's Second District.

"I am humbled and grateful that the people of Louisiana’s Second Congressional District have re-elected me to serve another term in Congress.
